WHAT IS ONLINE TRAINING? Online training consists of an Individualized Goal Oriented Exercise Program at only a fraction of the cost of working one on one with me. Workouts are created based on goals, fitness level, schedule, exercise equipment availablity  and more. The programs are delivered right to your inbox they included workout video demonstrations, detailed instructions and special notes by me. They are printable so you can take them with you on vacation, to the office, gym, at home, or wherever!

HOW DOES THIS WORK? In order for me to create your Custom Tailored Program you will first be given a detailed fitness assessmnet. This assessment will cover your goals, your health, injuries, nutrition, equipment & more. Upon completion I will create your program. New routines, program updates & check in will be done on a weekly basis.

We will remain in constant contact through email & the hitechtrainer website. You will be given a log in & password. Here we can discuss changes, you will have a calendar to schedule & confirm workouts, you will have access to my monthly health & fitness magazine packed with fitness tips, research & tasty recipes. You will get my newsletter overflowing with motivational success stories, exercise of the month video tutorials, local restaurant reviews, products, specials & much more!

CAN I GET NUTRITION HELP TOO? Why of course.Just like the personal training we will first begin with an in depth nutrition analysis & then your meal plan will be created. Our programs are perfect whether you are a person on the go or a stay at home mom, carb addict, athlethe, want to lose weight, gain weight, watch cholesterol, or whatever your goal. We can take care of you!!!

Once complete, I will contact you with everything we need in order compete your fitness assessment, and create your fitness program withing 24 hours!

ABOUT THE TRAINER: Candise Jordan, Owner/CEO, has been in the Health, Fitness, & Safety Industry for over 6 years. She's currently a Graduate Student with concentration in Holistic Health.  Her certifications include Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, GCNM Certified Nutrition Conslutant. Also, Certified by the American Red Cross & American Safety & Health Institute in First Aid/ Adult, Infant, & Child CPR/AED & CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Specializations include Senior, Youth Training, Kickboxing, and many more!!!  She is a trainer that truly loves what she does and loves to help people.  A true believer in the Wellness Movement to Improve the Quality of Life.
