ABOUT DAMON REIO: I am a nationally certified personal trainer and fat loss specialist who has been sucessfully training people for over 9 years.  I have a specialty in fat loss, strength and body sculpting as well as nutritional education. 

I am also a fitness enthusiast and been personally training myself for various goals and athletic competitions for 18 years. So, I know how difficult it can be to reach fitness goals.  Even though there will be obstacles in your way you must possess the following 3 quaities, Determination, Desire and Dedication.  With these 3 qualities you will reach your goals with no hesitation.  I strongly suggest that you write down your fitness goals on a piece of paper or a white board and post it where you can read it everyday you wake up.  This will help you to stay motivated and on track.
