Your routine will also include detailed descriptions and videos of the exercises, so there is no more guessing exactly how to perform an exercise based on a picture from a magazine.

- Save time! Many of us spend way too much time in the gym doing exercises that have little to no benefit. Your program will keep you focused on the most effective exercises to reach your goals.

-Save money! Meeting with a personal trainer 3-4 times a week can get costly (not saying that it is not worth it). But nowadays, we can't afford to neglect our health. Get some of the same benefits of a trainer at a fraction of the cost.

Plan 1: BASIC TRAINING - $70 per month

With this program, you will receive weekly workouts to your email. Workouts will include strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility routines scheduled based on your time, experience level, and goals. After you login and record your workouts, you will receive updated, new workouts for the next week. This will keep you progressing toward your goals.
