I am a nationally certified personal trainer and been training people for 18 years. I have a specialty in strength and functional training as well as nutritional education. As a professional athlete, I have been training myself for 20 years so I know how difficult it can be to reach fitness goals. Even though there will be obstacles in your way you must possess the following 3 qualities, Determination, Desire and Dedication. With these 3 qualities you will reach your goals with no hesitation. I strongly suggest that you write down your fitness goals on a piece of paper or a white board and post it where you can read it every day you wake up. This will help you to stay motivated.
With a large part of the population having access to the internet online training has become another resource from the busy business professional to the stay at home mother. I can assure you that you will have 24 hour access to your workouts without me being there with you.
BENEFITS: After completing you fitness assessment and our “Get Pumped” phone call, I will create your workout plan and deliver it by email. Depending on your fitness level I will customize it for two, three, or four times a week. If you chose the “Gold” package you will receive a customized nutrition plan for seven days a week for the whole month. Also you will receive a grocery list so you will be able to shop for the necessary items to keep you healthy.
