Welcome to Kristenfitness.com and congratulations on your decision to start your personalized online training program! Below you will find different fitness programs that we can customize specifically to meet your work out and nutrition needs for a fraction of the cost of one on one personal training with me!

How it works:

After completing a detailed fitness assessment, your work out schedule and program will be created each week to help you meet your fitness goals. This program will come with detailed instructions and video demonstrations of each exercise to be performed during the week. Programs are printable and can be designed for the gym or for you to do at home.
