Welcome to my online personal training site where I will create a personalized fitness program specifically for you at a fraction of the cost of working one-on-one with me. Your workouts will be based on your fitness level, desired fitness goals, schedule and the equipmenet you have available..

We will begin with a detailed fitness assessment after which you will be given a weekly training program made specifically for you. Photos and workout video demonstrations will also be available to you, along with detailed instructions. Fitness programs are completely printable and can be used at the gym as well. You will have the option of working out at home or at the gym. No more excuses!

The benefits of online training are numerous and here are a few of those benefits: It is cost effectvie, convenient, and your programs are available to you when you travel...as long as you have access to the internet!

Bio:

Dawn became a nationally certified personal trainer and has trained in Chicago and Arizona for about 8 years. She helped open and was the lead trainer for a fitness studio in Chicago (IL), Avondale and also in Surprise, Arizona. With her expansive knowledge, a burning desire to help others, along with her boundless energy, Dawn decided she wanted to reach more people at one time. She started Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp back in January of 2007 and most recently developed a content rich website at www.DawnFranklinFitness.com

Her goal is to motivate, inspire, encourage, challenge and teach as many people as possible about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.. She wants YOU to be another success story.
