Congratulations!! You have taken a big step towards reaching your fitness and health goals. Over the past 20+ years, I have helped thousands of individuals that lack proper exercise knowledge or consistent motivation, to cut through all the exercise misinformation that is out there and discover the simple truths of what really works.

I have helped females and males from adolescence through 90+ years old, sedentary and active, improve their strength, stamina and overall feeling of health through properly designed exercise programs.

My education, national certification and experience set me apart from the typical personal trainer. I have a Master's degree in Adult Fitness/Cardiac Rehabilitation and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This national certification is one of the few certifications that requires a four year degree in an exercise related field of study.


Here’s how online training works… After a detailed fitness assessment, I will create a weekly training program complete with workout video demonstrations and detailed instructions delivered right to your computer. The training programs are fully printable and are convenient to take to a health club or to train at home.
